How Pine T&M came to be
Pine T&M is a sibling studio — a developer brother and a counselor sister. We work in very different fields, but found that the problems we solve aren't so different after all.
Whether it's a broken system or a heavy heart, we listen first, then we help. The T in our name stands for Technology. The M stands for Mind.
Noah Kim
The counselor (sister)Noah is a licensed counselor with over ten years of experience sitting with people through life's most complex moments. Trained in humanistic and object relations approaches, she believes real change begins when a person feels truly heard. She studied in New York and completed her M.A. in Counseling at Seoul National University in Korea. At Pine T&M, she brings clinical expertise and a deep commitment to making every session feel like a safe place to land.

John Kim
The developer (brother)John is a software engineer who builds systems that work for the people using them. With an M.S. in Computer Science from USC, he has developed particular depth in finance-focused software. Before a single line of code is written, he takes time to understand the full picture — and that patience to listen is what makes the difference.
